I have personally played with this product and can report the sound quality is very good for a visor mount system.  People I spoke to via it, report they can hear background noise as im driving, but in general it was good.  The battery life was also good, not going flat after many days of playing.  It comes supplied with a usb lead and a 12v cigar socket plug to usb adapter, so you have the choice of charging from your computer or car cigar socket.  Pairing to my phone, I did the usual male trick of not reading the instructions fully.  It tells you to hold down the power key for five seconds, but it turns on after a few seconds and says connecting but wouldnt allow my phone to connect, which threw me.  If you continue to hold down the power key for a few more seconds, it does then go into the pairing mode.  It tells you what to do, so its pretty fool proof!  Connected to my blackberry, when someone called me, the unit displays their name and also speaks their name!  Pressing the answer key allows me to use my blackberrys voice recognition to call numbers in my phone book.  The display is very clear.  The unit itself is very light and because the clip on the back is easily removeable, it will store in your pocket or bag very nicely.  For people that move vehicles often or dont want to go for a permanently installed system, this is perfect and certainly better than the fine for getting caught using your mobile whilst driving!
